Terms of Service
The agreement
These terms are a contract between you and Margin LLC, the operator of Melric. By requesting access or using Melric you accept them. If you use Melric for a company, you accept for that company too.
Access
Melric is available by invitation. Give accurate information when you request access, keep your credentials private, and tell us right away if you think your account is compromised. Accounts are for your organization's use and may not be resold.
Your content
What you bring to Melric stays yours. You give us the permission needed to store and process it so the service can work for you, and you confirm you have the right to connect what you connect.
AI outputs
Melric produces AI-generated work. It can be wrong. Review outputs before you rely on them or send them anywhere. Melric is not legal, financial, or professional advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use Melric to break the law, probe or disrupt the service, attempt to reach another customer's workspace, or reverse engineer the platform.
Third-party services
When you connect outside accounts such as Google or Microsoft, those services' own terms govern your use of them. You can disconnect them at any time.
Fees
Paid plans are governed by the pricing you agree to at purchase or in your order form.
Termination
You may stop using Melric at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end access that violates these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
Melric is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Margin LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
California law governs these terms. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County, California.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Questions: [email protected].
